Kevin Ruck, Full Life Coaching's lead coach, has a recent degree in psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society. He is a licensed NLP practitioner, and a qualified trainer. Kevin has also recently trained with the leading, international best-selling life coach author and trainer, Curly Martin.

Kevin has many years business experience as a senior manager in a major blue-chip UK business. He is a member of the British Psychological Society, and founder member of its coaching psychology group. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), and lectures on CIPR advanced certificate and diploma courses.
